I found Shades and Shutters when looking for local Somfy or Louvelite retailers, and from my very initial call to them, the whole process was a complete joy. My expectations were exceeded over and over again! Mark took a significant amount of time to talk me through all of their products, he was patient and helpful when measuring up, and Sarah was so knowledgeable and thoughtful when I was debating over which products to actually settle on. The installation was seamless – Stephen worked incredibly fast, left no mess and did everything perfectly (despite my four year old following him round and chattering away to him non stop). The price and quality of their products are astounding; we’re truly over the moon with our purchases. I cannot recommend this company highly enough – by far the best in their field (I say that with confidence as I’ve experienced various window covering companies previously – including the well known nationwide franchises who haven’t been anywhere near as good as Shades and Shutters)!
